Accessing your Emergency Volunteer Record

There are two ways to access your account data:

  • Via a link sent to your email. Pick Email Link from the options and enter the email address you used when you initially registered. If we have EV CREW
  • volunteer records with your that address yYou will be sent an email linking to a secure page to update your details.
  • If your email address has changed or you don’t remember the one you used, pick Secret Code and fill in your mobile number. If we have any EV
  • CREW records with your mobile, a text message will be sent to your mobile with secure code you can enter to access a secure page to update your details.
